Kent Jordan

Kent is a virtuoso flautist who is undeniably fluent in jazz and classical music. His mastery of the flute and his fluency in classical and jazz performance was clear from age 16, when he was selected to perform Flight of the Bumblebee with the New Orleans Philharmonic Orchestra. Kent has performed with famed drummer, Elvin Jones and is a solo recording artist on CBS Records. Jordan has performed with Kevin Eubanks, Branford Marsalis, and on Grammy-winning cd “Hot House Flowers” with Wynton Marsalis. Kent, like his father Kidd Jordan, is dedicated to Jazz education and teaches at Lusher High School in New Orleans. He is a graduate of the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts High School (NOCCA) in New Orleans and the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY.

Marlon Jordan

Marlon Jordan was one of the "Young Jazz Lions" who was signed with SONY Records at the age of 17. The comparisons of Jordan's style to artists such as Charlie Parker and John Coltrane put him in the upper echelon of jazz history. Like his brother Kent, Marlon is well versed in classical musical and has soloed with LA Chamber Orchestra and the New Orleans Philharmonic Orchestra. Marlon has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Avery Fischer Hall, Blue Note and The Village Vanguard in New York City. He has toured in Japan and China on the JVC Jazz Festivals which featured Miles Davis, David Sanborn, The Yellow Jackets and SunRa. Marlon is a graduate of the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts High School (NOCCA) in New Orleans.

Rachel Jordan

Rachel Jordan - talented strings teacher for Jefferson Parrish schools, a member of the River Oaks Chamber Orchestra in Houston, Texas, a member of the James Carter Quartet at Loyola University in New Orleans - has served as Professor of Violin at Jackson State University, adjunct faculty at Xavier University, Southern University, and Dillard University in New Orleans. Jordan was also a member of the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra in New Orleans for 12 years. She has performed at the Kennedy Center, Mozart Festival in Austria, and Jazz at Lincoln Center with her siblings. Rachel is a graduate of New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts High School (NOCCA) and graduate of The Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland.

Stephanie Jordan

Stephanie Jordan is a powerhouse of dynamic musicality. Critics have placed Jordan in the company of Diana Krall and Dianne Reeves. She received noted prominence following the national televised Jazz at Lincoln Center - Higher Ground Hurricane Relief Benefit Concert for victims of Hurricane Katrina. “On that memorable night, none sang with greater authority or emotional resonance than Stephanie Jordan, who enthralled the packed house and a national PBS NPR audience of millions with an ascendant reading of “Here’s to Life.” Stephanie has performed worldwide, including the Kennedy Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Marian's Jazzroom in Bern Switzerland and in the presence of the President and First Lady Michelle Obama at the Washington Convention Center. Stephanie is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC.
